Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Camille
Our absolute favorite discovery of 2024 has to be the lymphatic drainage massage. Not only does it help detox your body, but with Camille’s magic hands, you’ll see instant results. The feeling of having your blood circulation totally reset is unmatched. If your legs tend to feel heavy in the summer, this treatment is also a total game-changer.
This month Camille offers a free Emsculpt session when you book a lymphatic drainage massage, Miracle Touch or Kobido Treatment. The Emsculpt machine works your core by doing 15,000 abs in just 20 minutes—you’ll walk out with a very strong core.

Karen and I have been going there for years to see Lorris Gelle, our osteopath and he’s amazing! His approach to health is super holistic, and you always leave feeling realigned and refreshed. Definitely worth checking out!

Burning Bar
Burning Bar is a hot Pilates studio in Paris that we love for workout sessions! On top of that, they offer free sauna and hammam sessions for members, which is such a nice bonus. To become a member, you need a referral from an existing member, complete at least three hot Pilates sessions, pay a €50 yearly fee and take classes twice a month.
We love going on weekends for a sister sauna date, it’s perfect for detoxing, boosting circulation, and just unwinding. Plus, the place is super aesthetic!

Chi Nei Tsang Massage By Laure
If you’re not too sensitive around your belly, this Chi Nei Tsang massage is exactly what you need. It’s a powerful technique from traditional Chinese medicine. Laure is super gentle and has the most calming energy—she focuses solely on your belly for 75 minutes, which honestly sounds like a lot at first, but trust me, it’s one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling like I was floating.
Considering our gut is basically our second brain and holds so many unprocessed emotions, this massage is perfect if you’ve been feeling anxious or going through a tough time. It’s truly healing in all the ways you didn’t know you needed.

Aesthé
Aesthé is a beauty center where you can get all kinds of skin, body, and laser treatments.
I’d been thinking about laser hair removal for a few years, especially for the bikini area because it’s such a hassle. Also, when I was modeling, I always had to be ready to shoot at any time, you never know when you’ll need to do lingerie or swimwear.
At the time, a lot of laser hair removal places were popping up in Paris, but I didn’t want to go just anywhere. I wanted a place that was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and fairly priced. That’s when I found Aesthé in Paris. They have multiple locations, but I go to the one in the Marais. I chose them because the space was clean and nice, I trusted the girls doing the treatments, and they had a great deal.
One thing I liked is that they offer a free first appointment where they explain everything and give you a quote. After that, you can decide if you want to book your first session. I went for a package because it was a better deal : five sessions for €400, and you can pay in installments.
Honestly, no regrets! It worked so well and I know I’m in good hands. It’s one of those high-maintenance treatments that actually makes me low-maintenance.

FACE
The Signature Facial at The Glow Studio by Aime
If you’re seriously craving a glow-up and a snatched face while fully melting into relaxation, the signature facial at Aime is it. We’re already obsessed with the brand, their supplements, and pretty much everything else they do. And yes, they nailed it again with their in-boutique spa.
The facial is a full hour of bliss: it starts with a double cleanse, followed by a face massage that works every muscle and a lymphatic drainage massage to get that oxygen flowing back into your skin tissue. It ends with a red light therapy to boost collagen production while getting a nice massage to the arms. The same day I was invited to an event and everyone complemented by glowing complexion.

Lash Lift by Jennifer
I’m obsessed with lash lifts! You might be wondering, what’s that? It’s a semi-permanent treatment that lifts and curls your natural lashes, making them look longer and fuller without extensions. It lasts 6-8 weeks and gives a super natural, eye-opening effect.
I used to go to a place where the girl literally burnt my lashes, so trust me, you have to be careful where you go. Luckily, Jennifer (who worked at a beauty center at the time) saved my lashes and introduced me to Yumi Lashes, a specific product she uses for lash lifts. Since then, she’s the only person I trust with my lashes!
Unfortunately, a few months ago, she left that beauty center to start her own thing, but it’s outside of Paris, so it’s not as convenient for me. The good news? She’s a sweetheart and still comes to Paris every two months for her Parisian clients. Karen and I usually go together, while I get a lash lift, Karen does a lash tint.
If you want to book an appointment with her, just DM her on Instagram, and she might have a slot for you!

Maison Epigenetic
Maison Epigenetic is a high-end wellness center focused on longevity and personalized health, but they also offer skin treatments. Dermatologist Dr. Leduc has an office right below the center if you’d prefer to start with a consultation. The space is gorgeous, and I instantly felt like I could trust them, I love their overall approach to beauty and wellness.
Personally, I went for the skin treatments as I did multiple sessions of Miltaderm, a light therapy that really helped soothe my perioral dermatitis. As for Karen, she tried the Laser MD treatment and was super happy with both the service and results.

Karen & Lisa
I have tried the lymphatic drainage in Melbourne since I have been following you both. It has helped. I recommend you both try Paddle (pickle) Ball. I started a while ago and now play 3 mornings per week and it is so much fun. Also, Karen, a lot of eye candy as well!
Thank you for this beautiful blog. I loved all the data, news and ideas to feel better about yourself. Without a doubt, on my next visit to Paris I will dedicate time to visit some of these places.
I would like recommendations or reviews of where to get botox, fillers and facial harmonization treatments! Would you share with us? Thank you!!
