MONDAY - 40 Minute Deep Core and Arms

Mornings can be tricky for me motivation-wise, especially when working out at home. So, I’ve learned to trick myself into getting started by picking a video that feels doable—just enough to ease in. This time I chose to do an arms sculpt with KbodySculpt. Discovered this creator over the weekend on YouTube and wow—her spicy Pilates workouts are no joke. And once again she delivered, my arms were on fire by the end. One thing I really love about Pilates arm work is how it hits more than just the arms—there’s a lot of back engagement too, which is amazing for improving posture.
