Hello everyone, it’s Lisa! Happy New Year! 🎉 I hope this year brings you all the happiness, health, and success you deserve.

For me, the new year always feels like a chance to reset and get motivated to go after my goals. This year, I’ve set a few short-term goals for the next three months, and one of my biggest ones is to feel amazing inside and out to really feel like myself again.

I’ve always loved self-care and made it a priority, but I realized the key to actually seeing results is staying consistent. So, I created something for myself called "That Girl Program" inspired by all those dreamy Pinterest boards, of course!

So, who is That Girl? She’s confident, glowing, and intentional about how she takes care of herself. For the next three months, I’m stepping into my own version of that energy, and I’d love for you to join me.

The program is simple: it’s a list of things I can do across different categories like workouts, body care, hair care, healthy habits, and nutrition that make me feel good. It’s not about being perfect or doing everything all at once; it’s about having options to stay consistent and making time for myself.

This is about making time for yourself and showing up for you. Let’s make self-care our top priority this year!
