Reset with Me: My Hot Girl 1-Month Challenge
Wellness habits I’m sticking to — let’s do it together.
Hi loves! Lisa here 💫
I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to share something that I’m starting tomorrow : a personal wellness challenge! I was scrolling through TikTok and saw a bunch of people doing the 75 Hard challenge with these cute little tracking templates. I loved the idea of tracking habits, it gives me the same dopamine hit as ticking off a to-do list! But I also knew I wanted to make it my own, with goals that actually reflect the things I want to stay consistent with.
So I created a version that’s personalized to my lifestyle and the areas I want to nurture : physically, mentally, emotionally. The goal? Build consistency. Because the truth is: consistency creates habits. And when habits become part of your routine, they start to feel effortless, something you actually crave doing.
Also, friendly reminder: you don’t need to wait until Monday, a new month, or January 1st to start fresh. Every single day is a chance to begin again, no pressure, no perfectionism. And if you skip a day? Totally fine. What’s powerful is how quickly you bounce back. That’s what really counts 💪
So… do you want to do it with me? I’m attaching the printable tracker I made : one version with my categories and one blank so you can customize it to your own goals. It’s super simple: just color in the little circle when you’ve done the task. I will fill it out before bed, it will take two seconds and feels so satisfying!
Here’s what I’m tracking (and why):
💪 Workout (6x/week)
When I say "workout," I mean movement. Some days it's a full class, other days it's 5 minutes of stretching, the point is to move my body in a way that feels good. Some days I have more energy and go all out, and other days (on my period for example) I opt for something softer like a walk or gentle Pilates.
My go-to workouts:
Hot Pilates
Lagree classes
Lidia Mera Pilates (YouTube)
KBody Sculpt (YouTube)
Pilates by Bryony (App)
Walks in the park
Personal training sessions
🧘♀️ Meditation / Activation (6x/week)
Staying consistent with meditation has always been a struggle for me but I’m feeling really motivated to stick with it this time. Karen recently told me about the Mimi Bouchard app, which is all about "activations" : think inspirational audios that get you in the headspace of your future self. It's not traditional meditation, but it's powerful mindset work. I'm starting tomorrow and I’ll report back!
🏃♀️ Running (2x/week)
My fitness goal is to feel stronger, leaner, and reduce cellulite/fat in my thighs and my coach gave me a simple plan: after a workout, do 12 minutes of running (alternate 30 sec walk / 1 min jog). Just twice a week feels realistic and doable for me. I've already seen improvements in my cardio and energy, so I’m excited to continue.
Note: this goal is personal to me, feel free to swap it out for something that aligns with your journey!
🎧 Podcast or Reading (Every day)
I need something that feeds my mind! Lately I’ve been obsessed with podcasts, especially during walks around Paris. These are a few I’m loving:
Pia’s Pod
The Diary of a CEO
Let’s get dressed
Beyond the Mat
I’m also trying to read a little every day, even just one page. I started The Mountain Is You and it’s been exactly what I needed for this season of rebuilding confidence and reconnecting with myself.
💧 Drink 1.5L Water (Every day)
No long explanation here, we all know hydration is key! I was dealing with a lot of water retention and puffiness, so this one is non-negotiable. A tip that’s helped me: I keep a 50cl glass bottle with me all day, and it makes tracking my intake super easy.
🍳 Savory Breakfast (Every day)
I heard this tip from the Glucose Goddess podcast: start your day with a savory breakfast. I’ve been doing it consistently and I swear it’s changed everything : no energy crashes, no sugar spikes. Of course, sometimes I crave something sweet and that’s okay too. But I want to keep leaning into this habit because I feel so much better.
🌟 Supplements (Every day)
I saw a nutritionist last month and he put me on a personalized supplement plan. It’s been such a game-changer : my digestion is better, I feel less bloated, and I’m seeing real progress. It’s a reminder that everything starts from within. When your body feels good, everything gets easier.
So there you have it, my personalized wellness challenge 🦋
Remember, you can adapt this to your own goals and flow. What matters is showing up consistently and being kind to yourself when you don’t. One off day isn’t a failure. Life happens. What’s amazing is how quickly you can come back to yourself and your habits. That bounce-back energy is the real win.
Let me know if you’re joining in !

Love this! I could definitely be a little more accountable with my healthy habits, I’ll also start tracking too, it would be motivating I think to look back a month and hopefully see how consistent I have been
Omg this resonated so much! I actually started using a habit tracker during COVID and kept it up for two years—it honestly changed my life. Eventually, many of the habits like meditation and daily workouts became so second nature that I stopped using it… but I recently felt called to return to it this June.
Right now, some of my newly added ones:
• Drinking 2L of water
• Walking 7k–10k steps a day (loved your running tip—definitely trying it for July!)
• Taking my supplements
• Doing a Gabby Bernstein challenge (just finished Trust the Universe last month—so good!)
• Listening to one podcast episode a day
• Working on my business (I’m in the early stages of building my own brand!)
• Reaching out to a friend
• Creating or writing something daily
It feels so good to track the little things again. There’s something so grounding about it.
